DEBUT EP · MARGIN OF NIGHT

Margin of Night

Five songs about finding yourself after goodbye.

Tracklist

  1. The Light You LeftWarmth remains even after love has moved away. Three voices meet over piano and cello, finding a gentler farewell than forgetting.
  2. UnsentA letter meant for you finally finds its way back to me. Piano and acoustic guitar accompany a first, tender acknowledgement of how hard we have tried.
  3. Glass DawnDawn slips through the cracks in a wounded heart. Felt piano, celesta and a string quartet cradle a small voice finding its way back.
  4. A Gentle GoodbyeA goodbye with no deadline for feeling better. Warm Rhodes piano and an unhurried soul rhythm make room to let go without leaving yourself behind.
  5. Tomorrow, With YouTomorrow has no name yet, and there is room to write a new dream. Acoustic guitar and opening harmonies find courage in greeting an ordinary day together.

Through the night, back to ourselves.

Sometimes goodbye stays in the smallest things. A cup with a worn handle, a letter never sent, a faint scent in the wardrobe. Margin of Night sits beside these quiet traces, finding a way forward without having to erase what came before. IAN’s warmth, SERIN’s clarity and RIEL’s depth each travel through a different night. In the final song, their voices greet the same morning. We do not have to be perfect for our tomorrow to begin again.
